Sandhill Crane in Flight at Bosque del Apache

Post on June 12, 2012 Sandhill Crane Crane Birds

The number of Sandhill Cranes at Bosque del Apache are thousands strong, it’s a great place to practice BIF if you are just get in the game. They are huge and slow like great egret or blue heron, just an easy subject for in-flight. But this one is slightly special, the top-view angle and blurred out background add pleasantness and make the bird really stands out.
