Hard to tell it’s a drake northern shoveler in eclipse plumage or juvenile. Judging by the time frame, i went for Juvenile. Comment below if you have a few pointers.

    Just shot a bird with the same plumage and I was trying to figure how there was an eclipse in late January. Must be a juvi.
