Red Morph Eastern Screech Owl

Post on March 31, 2014 Eastern Screech Owl Owl BirdsRaptor

I’ve been visiting this Red Phase Eastern Screech Owl tree cavity from the last couple months at West Lovers Lane, Dallas. Often empty-handed as the bird prefer to get out for a fresh air during strong morning light while i prefer a more ideal late evening soft evening light. This is a better shoot with eye opened.
